The omelette contest, Thursday in the week of the Summer festivities ist already
a classic.
The jury, 5 people, know nothing about the identity of the cooks. Omelettes are
given a secret number as they are delivered. The competitors do not know this
number either. Just the Organization does.
This independence of opinion helps the success of the contest remain. The
success is made by the involvement and harmony.
There are 5 prizes to taste and 1 to aesthetics.
2004: the most numerous in competitors. 52 omelettes.
Then, they are publicly eaten.
Peña Sandovale organizes, buys the prizes and gives the drinks away.
